This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines how we handle product delivery, order tracking, and related concerns.

1. Shipping Policy
a. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom or bulk orders may take longer depending on design approval and production schedules.
You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp notification once your order has been dispatched.
b. Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and product type.
Standard delivery time is typically 5–10 business days within India.
Delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.
c. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you make payment.
In some cases, free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or for orders above a specified value.
d. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS.
You can use the provided tracking ID to monitor your shipment’s status through the courier partner’s website.
2. Damage or Missing Items
All products are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at admin@formaindia.com with photos/videos of the package and product.
We will investigate and, if found valid, provide a suitable resolution — such as a replacement (if applicable) or store credit.
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.
3. Returns & Exchanges Policy
a. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
This is because most of our products are custom-made, personalized, or printed to order, and cannot be resold or reused.
Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
b. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once production or dispatch has started.
For urgent cancellation requests (before shipping), contact us immediately at admin@formaindia.com. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
4. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate at checkout.
FormaHub is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
5. International Shipping (if applicable)
Currently, we do offer international shipping.
Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.
